Head-On Collisions in Texas
Head-on collisions are the deadliest type of car accident for drivers to be involved in. Sadly, the survival rate for head-on collisions is very low. There is an 80 percent chance that drivers and passengers will not survive the accident. The force of impact is too forceful, which is why individuals are not expected to survive.
Most head-on collisions are caused by drunk or fatigued drivers, especially at night. When families lose a loved one in a head-on collision, they may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit as long as their loved one didn’t cause the accident.
At The Benton Law Firm, we specialize in wrongful death lawsuits, especially for families who have lost loved ones in head-on collisions. We have spent years helping families successfully win these lawsuits, which is why we have the resources and experience needed to continue to help families win large settlements.
