DUI Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Accidents
Unfortunately, drunk driving is responsible for 28 percent of traffic-related fatalities throughout the country. When drivers are under the influence, they speed, break traffic laws, drive in the wrong lanes, and disregard traffic lights. All of these negligent actions make drunk drivers more likely to strike pedestrians or other vehicles.
