Corpus Christi, TX – Bicyclist Seriously Injured in S Alameda St Crash
Corpus Christi, TX (January 15, 2020) – A bicycle accident on Monday left one person seriously injured.
At around 11:50 p.m., on January 14, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 5500 block of South Alameda Street. Reports indicate that a bicyclist was traveling down the roadway when they were struck by a woman in an SUV who became distracted behind the wheel.
The bicyclist sustained serious injuries in the accident and was transported to Bay Area Hospital for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
