Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Although it’s only the first month of the year, there have already been several hit-and-run pedestrian accidents throughout Texas. When drivers flee the scene after striking a pedestrian, they risk suffering from major consequences once they’re caught. Fleeing the scene after hitting someone is a blatant act of negligence, which also indicates that the driver may be completely at fault for the crash and should be held financially responsible for all damages and losses.
At The Benton Law Firm, we help families who have lost loved ones due to the negligence of other drivers. We understand that immediate families have specific rights that can be exercised under these circumstances, which is why we do everything within our power to help our clients win their wrongful death lawsuits. If you recently lost a loved one in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident, call us today at (124) 219-4878.
