Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Every day at least one vehicle strikes a pedestrian somewhere in Texas. Because the impact of large vehicles is so forceful, especially when they’re traveling at rapid speeds, it’s easy for pedestrians to sustain major injuries that could be life-threatening. When pedestrians lose their lives in these accidents, their immediate family members may qualify to file wrongful death lawsuits as long as the deceased victim was not at fault.
Our wrongful death attorneys at The Benton Law Firm understand how devasting and traumatic losing a loved one can be. Families already undergo emotional and mental stress, they don’t need to also be burdened by the heavy expenses associated with the accident, which is why we pursue all liable parties for compensation. If your loved one was hit by a vehicle, call us today to set up a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
