Dallas, TX – Teen Succumbs to injuries from Ellis Davis Field House Incident
Dallas, TX (January 20, 2020) – A teen critically injured in a shooting at the Dallas ISD basketball game has died from his injuries.
Just after 9 a.m., on January 11, gun fire broke out at the Ellis David Field House, located on South Polk Street, during an altercation that took place during a basketball game between Kimball and South Oak Cliff high schools.
An 18-year-old teen was struck by one bullet, incurring critical injuries.
Sadly, authorities confirmed that the victim passed away on January 18.
At this time, police are investigating.
