Ballinger, TX – Two Victims Injured in US-83 Collision Identified

Ballinger, TX (January 22, 2020) – A collision on Monday claimed one woman’s life and left two victims seriously injured.

Authorities responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on January 20. Reports indicate that a 2017 Nissan Armada and a 2018 Chevrolet Suburban collided along US Highway 83 in Ballinger.

The driver of the Chevrolet, who was identified as 60-year-old Susan Marie Rodriguez, incurred fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

Two victims inside the Nissan, who were identified as 36-year-old Brandon Wayne Clifton and 35-year-old Kelly Morgan Clifton, were both seriously injured and transported to Shannon Medical Center.

At this time, police are investigating.
