Bee County, TX – Victims Killed in US-181 Crash ID’d by Police
Bee County, TX (January 24, 2020) – At around 9:56 a.m., on January 22nd, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on US Highway 181.
Reports indicate that a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup truck and a 2017 Peterbilt tractor-trailer collided head-on along the roadway.
Two victims inside the Dodge, identified as 61-year-old Mark Wesley Swisher and 74-year-old William Charles Mego, were both fatally injured.
The driver of the Peterbilt was injured and transported to Spohn Shoreline Hospital.
