Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

UPDATE: Longview, TX – John Garnett Killed In Hit-And-Run Accident On N. 4th St

Approximately 7,908 pedestrian accidents occurred in Texas in 2018. Out of those accidents, 619 people lost their lives. When drivers hit pedestrians and drive off without stopping, they are likely to suffer jail time and fines once they’re caught, especially if the pedestrians lost their lives.

Because most pedestrian accidents result from negligence, an experienced Texas attorney should be able to successfully gather enough evidence to help families prove their claims.

At The Benton Law Firm, we have successfully assisted families for two decades with their wrongful death lawsuits after losing loved ones in pedestrian accidents. It’s unfortunate that drivers commit negligent acts and take innocent lives, which is why we fight so hard to help families win their lawsuits. If you recently lost a loved one in a pedestrian accident and would like legal assistance, call us today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
