Two Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 287 in Amarillo, Texas
Amarillo, TX. (February 27, 2020)- Two people were transported to a nearby hospital with injuries due to a two-vehicle crash on February 26, 2020. Police reported that the vehicles were traveling north on Highway 287 near the Moore County line when the collision occurred. The first vehicle passed another vehicle and failed to control speed when it rear-ended the second vehicle. The impact caused the second vehicle to spin out and rollover. Two people were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The crash remains under investigation.
