Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Unfortunately, pedestrians are struck every day in Texas for many reasons, mainly because of aggressive driving. In fact, drivers who run red lights cause half of pedestrian fatalities. Most drivers run red lights because they’re speeding, driving under the influence, or driving distracted. When pedestrians are hit by vehicles traveling at high speeds, there’s a high chance that they will not survive their injuries.
