Vehicle Collisions in Texas
Studies show that car accidents are the leading cause of child fatalities in the United States. Between 2010 and 2014, an average of 11 children lost their lives in vehicle collisions every week throughout the country. Most fatal accidents are preventable since the leading cause is often negligence, which is why drivers who cause these accidents should be held financially liable for all damages and losses.
When parents lose their children in accidents caused by others, they have the right to file wrongful death lawsuits against all liable parties. At The Benton Law Firm, we have assisted parents for years with filing lawsuits on their children’s behalves. We understand how traumatic it is to lose a child, and we don’t believe parents should be held financially responsible for accidents their children did not cause.
