Dallas, TX. (March 16, 2020)- One pedestrian was killed and another was injured while riding a scooter on March 15, 2020 in Dallas, Texas. The accident occurred at around 8 p.m. in the 2600 block of Matilda Street near Lower Greenville Avenue. Witnesses reported that a black GMC SUV struck the scooter and then fled the scene.
