20-Year-Old Alexis Ortiz Killed in Head-On Collision on Peavy Road in Dallas
Dallas, TX. (March 17, 2020)- Alexis Ortiz was killed in a head-on crash on March 15, 2020 in Dallas, Texas. The accident occurred at around 6:00 a.m. in the 2300 block of Peavy Road. Authorities reported that a driver traveling northbound got distracted and drifted into the southbound lanes. The driver crashed head-on into a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Ortiz. Ortiz was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The distracted driver is awaiting a Manslaughter charge in connection of the death of Alexis Ortiz.
