Vehicle Collisions in Texas
In 2016, at least one car accident was reported every 60 seconds in Texas. Researchers deemed speed as the leading cause of most collisions throughout the state. When drivers fail to obey traffic laws, they risk losing control of their vehicles and causing deadly collisions.
When families lose their loved ones in car accidents caused by other drivers, they have the right to file wrongful death lawsuits against all negligent parties. Even those who are injured have the right to file personal injury lawsuits as long as they were not at fault.
