DUI Accidents in Texas
Studies show that someone is injured in a DUI accident every 20 minutes in Texas. Sadly, these accidents are very common despite drivers’ awareness of how dangerous driving under the influence can be. Because DUI accidents are a clear act of negligence, drivers should be expected to pay for all medical injuries and vehicle damages following the collision.
