Motorcyclist Injured in 18-Wheeler Crash on U.S. 62 and FM 400 in Lubbock

Lubbock, TX. (July 31, 2020)- A motorcyclist was injured in a two-vehicle crash on July 29, 2020 in Lubbock, Texas. The crash occurred just before 2:30 p.m. at the U.S. 62 and FM 400 intersection. DPS reported that the driver of an 18-wheeler failed to yield the right of way and pulled out in front of the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist then rear-ended the 18-wheeler. The motorcyclist was transported to UMC with unknown injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
