Car Accidents in Texas
Unfortunately, about 90 people lose their lives in car accidents every day throughout the country. There are numerous contributing factors that lead to fatal car accidents, but the most common factor is negligence. When drivers aren’t paying attention, even just for a few seconds, they are liable to accidentally cause an accident. If someone loses their life in a car accident, their immediate family members may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits against all liable parties.
At The Benton Law Firm, we help families file wrongful death lawsuits against drivers whose negligent actions killed their loved ones. We work hard to help families receive as much compensation as possible to pay for funeral expenses and more. If you lost a loved one in a car accident, contact our office today at (214)777-7777.
