Scooter Accidents in Texas
In 2018, approximately 1,545 scooter accidents occurred in the United States. Because scooters aren’t designed to shield riders from harm, it’s easy for them to sustain serious, life-threatening injuries. Usually, scooter accidents can result from a driver’s inattention, intoxication, or fatigue. Therefore, if riders were not at fault for the accident, they qualify to file personal injury lawsuits.
It’s best for injured victims to reach out to an experienced attorney as soon as possible so that they can be fairly compensated.
