30-Year-Old Bryson Grant McCarty Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 1294 and U.S. 84 in Lubbock
Lubbock, TX. (May 26, 2021)- Bryson Grant McCarty was killed in a two-vehicle crash on May 22, 2021 in Lubbock, Texas. The accident occurred just after 7:00 p.m. FM 1294 at U.S. 84. Police reported that the driver of a westbound Chevrolet Traverse failed to yield the right of way and crashed into a southbound Ford F-150 driven by McCarty. McCarty was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet was transported to University Medical Center with unknown injuries. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
