(October 26, 2022)- “According to news reports, an 18-wheeler overturned on the Woodall Rodgers ramp to Northbound Interstate 35E at approximately 3:00 a.m. The ramp was closed for several hours, with police and ambulance response, as well as multiple wrecker services. Debris was still being cleared as late as 8:00 a.m.”
