1 dead after single-vehicle crash on I-30 W in Grand Prairie
GRAND PRAIRIE, TX – One person died in a single-vehicle crash on I-30 west around 1 a.m. Monday.
The collision occurred near Belt Line Road, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. A driver of a Toyota SUV was traveling west and crashed into a sign between the two main roads and the service road.
The SUV driver succumbed their injuries at the scene.
The westbound lanes closed for several hours and have reopened since.
Officials have not revealed the driver’s name, gender, identity, and contributing factors of the collision. Details will be posted when they become available.
