2 hurt in 2-car rollover at Custer and McDermott in Plano
PLANO, TX – Two drivers went to the hospital this past weekend after a rollover collision involving a sports car and an SUV in Plano, reports Irving Weekly.
The incident happened on Saturday near the intersection of Custer Road and McDermott Road, which is just west of Allen Fire Station #5
The investigation thus far indicates that a speeding McLaren sports car struck an SUV as the latter vehicle exited a parking lot near the intersection. The force of the collision caused the SUV to overturn, and the sports car continued travelling until it struck a tree.
Medics transported both drivers to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
