Construction accident kills Fort Worth worker near airport

FORT WORTH, TX – A Fort Worth construction worker died Wednesday morning in an accident involving a large piece of equipment, reports WFAA 8.

The incident happened around 4:45 a.m. at a construction site in the area of Northeast Loop 820 and North Railhead Road, which is just south of the BNSF Railway – Saginaw Yard.

Police have not yet released the identity of the worker, nor have they explained exactly how the worker became entangled with the equipment at the construction site. They say he died at the scene of the accident.
