1 injured in 2-car collision at N Broadway and Locust in Tyler
TYLER, TX – One person sustained minor injuries after two vehicles collided at a busy intersection near downtown Tyler on Wednesday afternoon, reports inForney.
The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of Locust Street and North Broadway Avenue, which is just south of the Discovery Science Place and Goodman Park.
Police have not yet shared any details about the cause of the crash. They say the wreck blocked the southbound lanes of Broadway while crews worked to clear the scene.
No major injuries have been reported, but one person did require medical attention for injuries sustained in the accident.
An investigation is underway.
