3-vehicle crash on FM 60 near Vincent Rd kills motorcyclist
BRAZOS CO., TX – A 69-year-old motorcyclist died last Thursday in a three-vehicle crash along FM 60 in west-central Brazos County, reports KBTX 3.
The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near Vincent Road. This is near the G. Rollie White Visitors’ Center for Texas A&M University.
Police say that the westbound motorcyclist struck a westbound 2012 Toyota Corolla when the latter vehicle initiated a U-turn on FM 60. The impact of the crash ejected the motorcyclist, who was then struck by an eastbound pickup truck.
Authorities declared the motorcyclist, identified as James Jolly, deceased at the scene.
No other injuries have been reported in connection to the wreck.
The investigation is ongoing.
