Collision with entrapment severely injures 1 in Flower Mound
FLOWER MOUND, TX – Medics airlifted one person to the hospital Friday evening after a major accident with entrapment along a busy roadway in Flower Mound, reports DFW Scanner.
Accident w/ Entrapment (Flower Mound) Chief 503, Battalion 501, Medic 501, Engine 501, Truck 501, Engine 503 & FMPD all responded to a vehicle into a ditch with entrapment on Sagebrush Dr. near Long Prairie. Firefighters extricated a severely injured occupant who was flown by PHI.

The incident happened sometime before 6:01 p.m. near the intersection of Sagebrush Drive and Long Prairie Road, which is just south of Flower Mound Town Center.
The cause of the accident is still unknown, but police say that at least one person became entrapped in their vehicle after crashing into a ditch. One person sustained serious injuries.
