Crash near Irving in Hospital District blocks several lanes of interstate
DALLAS, TX – An early afternoon accident caused extensive delays along the interstate in northwest Dallas on Tuesday, reports KRLD Traffic.

The collision occurred just after noon on along I-35 E between West Mockingbird Lane and Commonwealth Drive, which is just south of the Brook Hollow golf club and west of UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident, and they’ve not yet commented on injuries or the number of vehicles involved.
Officials say the crash closed most northbound and southbound lanes of I-35E along with the eastbound side of TX-183.
A full investigation is underway.
