Crash on I-35 NB near UNT campus in Denton blocks traffic
DENTON, TX – Emergency teams responded to an accident late Thursday afternoon along the interstate near the University of North Texas, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened sometime before 4:52 p.m. on the northbound side of I-35 E near North Texas Boulevard at the southern end of campus.
Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the cause of the crash or the number of vehicles involved. Video footage taken at the scene suggests that at least two vehicles were likely involved.
Authorities referenced significant delays along the northbound side of I-35E while crews attended to the victim and worked to clear the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
