Crash on I-635 EB past S Garland Avenue blocks traffic near Zacha Junction
GARLAND, TX – Drivers encountered delays Tuesday morning along the eastbound side of I-635 in the area of Garland and Zacha Junction, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened sometime before 8:13 a.m. just past South Garland Avenue, which is east of Samuell-Garland Park and north of East Northwest Highway.
The circumstances of the accident aren’t yet clear. Video footage at the scene suggests that at least two vehicles may have been involved. An ambulance appears to have reported to the scene along with two firetrucks and a police cruiser.
There’s no word yet on injuries, nor do we know what caused the crash. Officials say that the accident blocked the three left lanes of I-635 eastbound while crews worked to clear the scene.
