Crash on Lake Ray Hubbard Bridge in Garland blocks traffic

GARLAND, TX – Drivers experienced rush hour delays Tuesday morning after an accident on the Lake Ray Hubbard bridge in Garland, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened sometime around 7:51 a.m. on the northbound side of The President George Bush Turnpike on the bridge. This is just west of the Lake Ray Hubbard Greenbelt and northwest of John Paul Jones Park.

Police are still investigating the cause of the accident, and they’ve not yet commented on whether anyone sustained injuries in the crash.

The wreck blocked the left two lanes of traffic on the northbound side of the bridge while crews worked to clear the scene.
