Crews report to crash with entrapment at FM 51 and Bradshaw

SPRINGTOWN, TX – Emergency teams responded to a collision with entrapment late Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in Springtown, reports DFW Scanner.

Accident w/ Entrapment (Parker County) Parker County ESD 1 Engine 48 reports 3 vehicles involved in a crash on FM 51 and Bradshaw Road south of Springtown. One person trapped. Extrication in progress. Rescue 48, Engine 51, Battalion 101 also assigned.

The accident occurred sometime before 4:51 p.m. at the intersection of FM 51, or South Main Street, and Bradshaw Road, which is south of Highway 199.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Police say that one person became entrapped and required extrication. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Motorists likely experienced delays on FM 51 while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
