Crews respond to crash on Bush Tpke SB before TX-183
IRVING, TX – Emergency teams responded to an accident along the Bush Turnpike in northwest Irving on Friday morning, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened around 8:40 a.m. on the southbound side of the turnpike just before TX-183, which is just south of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Video footage taken at the scene indicates the crash may have involved an overturned semi. It’s not yet clear what caused the crash or if other vehicles were involved.
The collision blocked the right lane on the southbound Bush Turnpike as well as the ramp to TX-183 eastbound while crews worked to clear the scene.
