Crews respond to crash on EB I-30 bridge over Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett
ROWLETT, TX – Police and fire crews responded to an accident late Thursday night along the interstate near Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett, reports the Rowlett Police Department.
Traffic Alert: Vehicle Accident on the eastbound of I-30, between Bass Pro Dr. and Dalrock Rd. At this time, RPD and RFD have all eastbound lanes blocked.

The incident happened sometime before 10:12 p.m. on the eastbound side of I-30 between Dalrock Road in Rowlett and Bass Pro Drive in Garland. This is in the area of the bridge over Lake Ray Hubbard.
Police have not shared any details about the collision except to say that it blocked all eastbound lanes of traffic on I-30 while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
It’s not clear if anyone sustained injuries, nor do we know anything yet about the cause of the accident.
