Extrication required in crash at N Davis and Lamar in Arlington
ARLINGTON, TX – EMS and firefighters worked to extricate one person early Friday evening from the scene of a car crash in north-central Arlington, reports DFW Scanner.
Accident w/ Entrapment (Arlington) Engine 4 is on scene of a major accident with one person trapped at North Davis St. and W Lamar. One driver trapped, starting extrication. Avoid this area.

The accident happened sometime before 5:57 p.m. at the intersection of North Davis Street and West Lamar Boulevard, which is at the northeast corner of Lamar High School.
It’s not yet clear what caused the crash or how many vehicles were involved. Additionally, there’s no word regarding the condition of the person who required extrication.
Officials asked drivers to avoid this intersection while emergency teams freed the victim and worked to clear the scene.
