Major accident on I-30 EB near FM 551 in NE Rockwall Co. delays traffic
FATE, TX – Emergency teams responded to a major collision along the interstate in northeast Rockwall County on Friday afternoon, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened sometime around 4:15 p.m. on the eastbound side of I-30, or Highway 67, near FM 551, or Memorial Parkway in the city of Fate.
Police haven’t yet shared any details about the nature of the accident, and there’s still no word on injuries.
Video footage taken at the scene shows extensive congestion and delays along I-30 following the crash.
