Motorcycle crash kills 1 on Hwy 199 in NE Parker Co.
SPRINGTOWN, TX – Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle collision that happened along the highway in Springtown on Thursday night, reports DFW Scanner.
Fatality Accident (Parker County) DPS Troopers are investigating a fatality accident that occurred around 5:30pm along Highway 199 near Starlight Lane. Reported to be a motorcycle that crashed off the road and into a fence. One confirmed fatality.

The incident occurred sometime before 8:32 p.m. on Highway 199 near Starlight Lane, which is east of Agnes and west of Springtown RV Park.
Police haven’t shared many details about the accident, but they say a motorcycle collided with a fence along the highway. It’s unclear at this time if any other vehicles were involved.
Authorities have reported at least one fatality from the collision. They have not yet released the name of the deceased.
A full investigation is underway.
