Motorcycle crash near TCU with ejection kills 1, hurts 2
FORT WORTH, TX – A motorcyclist died, and two others went to the hospital when a motorcycle and vehicle collided near TCU on Sunday, reports Newsrado 1080 KLRD.
The incident happened just after 8 p.m. at the intersection of West Cantey Street and South University Drive, which is just northeast of the Ed Landreth Auditorium.
The investigation thus far indicates that a southbound motorcyclist collided with a northbound car as the latter attempted to turn left onto West Cantey Street.
The force of the collision threw the motorcyclist and his passenger from the bike. The motorcycle operator died after transport to a local hospital. The passenger sustained undisclosed injuries but is in stable condition.
Medics also transported the car driver to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
