Motorcyclist killed in head-on crash on FM 3028 near Bennett

PARKER CO., TX – A 19-year-old motorcyclist died on Wednesday night in a two-vehicle collision that happened along a roadway in west-central Parker County.

According to DFW Scanner, the incident occurred around 8:50 p.m. on Farm to Market Road 3028 near Bennett Road, which is just west of Millsap.

The investigation thus far indicates that a westbound motorcyclist lost control on a curve and entered the path of an eastbound vehicle. The two vehicles collided, and the motorcyclist died at the scene.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the motorcyclist, but they say he was from Mineral Wells.

The two occupants of the other vehicle did not sustain injuries in the crash.
