Multi-vehicle crash injures 3 on Gilmer Road in Longview
LONGVIEW, TX – Medics transported three people to the hospital last Saturday afternoon after a series of two collisions involving six vehicles in Longview, reports KLTV 7.
The initial crash happened around 1:30 p.m. in the area of 2100 Gilmer Road, which is just northwest of West Loop 281 and north of Toler Road.
Police say the pileup started when two vehicles collided head on. Four other vehicles, including a pickup truck and a Charger became involved, as drivers were unable to steer clear of the first accident.
Three people were hurt, though the extent of their injuries is unclear at this time.
