Semi rollover with diesel leak on FM 917 at I-35W slows traffic

BURLESON, TX – Officials warned of delays along FM 917 in Burleson Thursday morning after an accident involving an overturned 18-wheeler, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened sometime before 9:48 a.m. at the junction with I-35W, which is just southeast of Elkhorn RV Lodge.

It’s still unclear what caused the truck to overturn. Authorities say that the crash caused a small diesel leak and warned motorists to expect closures and delays in the area.
