Single-vehicle accident on FM 2393 in Dean kills Wichita Falls woman
DEAN, TX – A woman died Sunday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash along the highway in west-central Clay County, reports the Tyler Morning Telegraph.
The accident happened around 4:50 p.m. on FM 2393 in the city of Dean, which is about two hours northwest of Dallas.
Police say that for unknown reasons, the victim lost control of her 2005 Chevy Silverado and crashed. The pickup truck overturned, killing the driver at the scene.
Authorities identified the deceased as 59-year-old Cynthia Pullin Figueroa of Wichita Falls.
Drivers likely experienced delays along FM 2393 while crews gathered evidence and worked to clear the scene.
