Single-vehicle crash at Greenbriar Rd and CR 1140 in Tyler injures 1
TYLER, TX – One person went to the hospital following a solo crash at a major intersection in southwest Tyler on Tuesday morning, reports CBS 19.
The incident happened sometime before 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Greenbriar Road and County Road 1140, which is west of Lindsey Park and east of Toll 49.
Police say that for unknown reasons, a vehicle rolled after leaving the roadway, injuring one person. The severity of those injures is unclear at this time.
Authorities say that rainfall may have been a factor in causing the accident.
Drivers in the area likely experienced delays while crews worked to investigate and clear the wreckage.
