Single-vehicle crash at TX-121 and I-635 in Grapevine kills 1
GRAPEVINE, TX – A man died on Friday evening in Grapevine after crashing his vehicle near the intersection of the highway and the interstate.
According to DFW Scanner, the incident happened around 6:45 p.m. at the junction of TX-121 and I-635, which is just southeast of Grapevine Mills.
The investigation indicates that for unknown reasons, a male driver struck a concrete barrier while traveling eastbound. The car caught fire, and the driver died after emergency officials performed CPR and transported him to a local hospital.
Authorities have not yet released the name of the deceased.
A full investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
