SUV vs. motorcycle crash near FM 346 and CR 188 kills 2 in Smith Co.
SMITH CO., TX – Two people died Saturday afternoon after a motorcycle collided with an SUV at an intersection north of Teaselville, reports CBS 19.
The incident happened around 1:38 p.m. near the intersection of FM 346 and CR 188, which is just southwest of the Quiet Oaks RV Park.
The investigation thus far indicates that a motorcycle carrying two occupants struck an Audi SUV. Both the driver and passenger of the motorcycle died from injuries sustained in the accident. Authorities have not yet released their identities.
The driver of the Audi was injured, though the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
A full investigation is underway.
