Vehicle crashes into water on Wingren Dr in Irving
IRVING, TX – Emergency crews reported to the scene of an accident involving a vehicle that drove into the water in Las Colinas on Sunday night, reports DFW Scanner.
Vehicle into Water (Irving) Irving FD/EMS and PD are working a vehicle into water near the 4400 block of Wingren Drive. Lewisville FD’s Dive Team is assisting with the incident.

The incident happened sometime before 9:08 p.m. in the area of 4400 Wingren Drive, which is near Lake Carolyn.
As of yet, police have not shared details about how the incident occurred, but they say that a dive team from the Lewisville Fire Department helped with the extrication and rescue.
There’s no word yet on injuries, and it’s unclear if any other vehicles might have been involved.
