Vehicle strikes, kills pedestrian after crash on I-35W near Felix
FORT WORTH, TX – One person died Sunday morning in Fort Worth when a vehicle hit them after they exited their car following a minor crash on the interstate.
According to DFW Scanner, the incident happened on the southbound side of I-35W near East Felix Street, which is just southeast of Two Bucks Beverage Center and northeast of El Rancho Supermercado.
Police say that one person exited their vehicle following a minor crash involving multiple cars on the interstate. While the pedestrian stood alongside the wreck, a passing car hit them.
The pedestrian died after transport to a local hospital.
A full investigation is underway.
