7-Year-Old Sadie Davila Killed in Dog Mauling
Sadie Davila was killed outside her home after what was described as a “vicious” attack by a neighbor’s pit bull. The dog’s owner lived approximately 150 yards from her home, but was not home at the time of the attack. According to reports, the dog was not on a leash and allowed to roam free in violation of local ordinances. The dog was euthanized following the attack.
