2 killed, 1 charged in crash at Centerville and Joaquin in NE Dallas

DALLAS, TX – Two people died, and two others went to the hospital after a three-vehicle accident in northeast Dallas late Saturday night, reports Fox 4 KDFW.

Emergency crews reported to the area of Centerville Road and Joaquin Drive just before 11 p.m. This is in the Casa View area, just west of Dallas Athletic Club.

Police say the driver of a truck, identified as Antonio Ortiz, ran a red light at the intersection and struck a car as it was turning left. After this initial crash, a third vehicle crashed into the truck.
