Christopher Jarman, 39, killed in motorcycle crash on CR 1450
LUBBOCK, TX – A 39-year-old motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries Monday in a two-vehicle crash in northwest Lubbock, reports everythingLubbock.
The accident happened along North County Road 1450, which runs north to south from McNiece Road to Erskine Street in the city of Lubbock.
Police say that a northbound motorcyclist attempted to pass a northbound pickup truck on the left as the driver of the pickup truck slowed to turn left into a private drive. The truck struck the motorcycle, causing it to leave the roadway.
The motorcyclist, identified as 39-year-old Christopher Jarman, died after transport to an area hospital.
No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the crash.
